Harold Hofer

Managing Principal and Co-Founder 

Mr. Hofer co-founded ROCA in 2005. He has served on ROCA’s investment and management committees since inception. Mr. Hofer has over 35 years of real estate investment experience. He is co-founder and Vice Chairman of Rich Uncles LLC, which operates an on-line platform providing commercial real estate investment access to small, individual investors. Mr. Hofer has sponsored real estate investments exceeding $1 Billion in value during his career. Mr. Hofer is a graduate of UCLA, where he received undergraduate, Masters (Economics) and Juris Doctor degrees. He is an inactive member of the State Bar of California.

Ricardo Koenigsberger

Managing Principal and Co-Founder

Mr. Koenigsberger co-founded ROCA in 2005. He has served on ROCA’s investment and management committees since inception. Mr. Koenigsberger has over 30 years of real estate investment experience. Formerly he was a partner at Apollo Real Estate responsible for over $5 billion in acquisitions and asset management over a 15+ year career, including heading Apollo’s hospitality and residential businesses, as well as an initial founder of Apollo’s first Mezzanine debt fund. Mr. Koenigsberger also serves as Co-CEO of CV Holdings, Inc., a company focused in multiple finance verticals. Mr. Koenigsberger graduated with honors (summa cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School (B.S) and the College of Arts and Sciences (B.A) in 1989.

H. Cabot Lodge III

Managing Principal and Special Advisor

Mr. Lodge has been Managing Principal and Special Advisor to ROCA since 2006. Mr. Lodge has over 37 years of real estate investment experience in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Mr. Lodge has managed billions of dollars in commercial real estate assets as a senior executive of large public and private investment firms, including sitting on the Boards of some of the then-largest REITs In the United States. Mr. Lodge is also founder and Senior Managing Director of global real estate investment firm Crescendo Real Estate Partners. Mr. Lodge graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Harvard College in 1978 and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School in 1983.
